Is there a charge for Credit Expert membership

  • Experian’s Credit Expert service offer you the chance to view your credit report for free by starting a Free 30-day trial.

The catch is that if you don’t cancel your membership within the 30-day trial period you will be charged £7.99/month to continue using Credit Expert.

The £7.99 monthly charge includes access to most the information Experian hold on you through Credit Expert. This charge does not include your credit score, which will cost an additional £5.95 every time you view it.

If you are concerned about ID theft, are applying for credit or are just curious about your credit report, and don’t want the hassle of completing and returning a paper application, then Credit Expert may just be for you. Just remember that the Free Trial is only 30 days and if you do not cancel with in that time, you will start your full Credit Expert membership at £7.99 a month.
